Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what happens to data when you visit kyzenglobal.my. It is short because this site does very little with data.

Last updated: February 2026

Who we are

Kyzen is an educational brand for crypto traders. We publish trading education and market analysis, and we run a private community. We are not a broker, we never hold client funds, we do not manage money on your behalf, and we do not provide financial advice or personal recommendations.

You can contact us about anything on this page at kyle@kyzentrading.my.

What we collect

This website has no forms and no account signup. There is nowhere on this site to enter your name, your email address or any payment detail, so we do not collect any of those here.

Joining Kyzen happens somewhere else. You leave this site and open a conversation on Telegram or WhatsApp, and separately you may register a trading account with our partnered cryptocurrency exchange. Those platforms collect their own information under their own privacy policies, and you should read them before you use them. What you send us in a chat is held on that chat platform, not in any database of ours.

The one thing this site does collect is anonymous advertising and analytics data through the Meta Pixel, described in the next section.

Cookies and tracking

This site runs the Meta Pixel, pixel ID 1039955700102912. The pixel sets cookies in your browser and reports page views and button clicks back to Meta so that our advertising can be measured.

The data the pixel reports to Meta is:

  • Pages you viewed on this site.
  • Buttons you clicked, for example the Join Kyzen Free button.
  • Your approximate location, derived from your internet connection.
  • Your device and browser, such as the type of phone or computer and the browser software you are using.

We use this to understand which adverts brought people here and whether those adverts are worth running. We do not use it to build a profile of you by name, because we never learn your name on this site.

Meta Platforms, Inc. processes this data as described in the Meta Privacy Policy. You can control how it is used for advertising in your Meta ad preferences.

Third parties we share with

Meta Platforms receives the pixel data described above and processes it for advertising measurement and audience targeting under its own data policy.

Telegram and WhatsApp handle community access. When you click through to start a conversation, you are using their services and their privacy terms apply to that conversation.

Our partnered cryptocurrency exchange receives your details directly from you if you choose to register through our referral. Their account opening, identity verification and data handling are entirely their own. Kyzen may receive compensation from the exchange when you register through our referral and trade. That is how the channel, the live class and the starter pack stay free, and we would rather say so here than leave you to work it out.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone beyond these parties.

How to opt out

You can stop the tracking described above in several ways, and none of them affect your ability to join or use Kyzen:

  • Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you block third party cookies entirely.
  • Change your Meta ad preferences inside your Facebook or Instagram account settings, where you can limit how your activity off Meta is used for adverts.
  • Turn on your browser's do not track or anti tracking setting.
  • Use an ad blocker or privacy extension, which will stop the pixel loading at all.

Your rights and retention

We hold no database of visitors to this site, so there is nothing here for us to keep or delete. Pixel data sits with Meta under Meta's own retention schedule. To ask what is held or to request deletion, email kyle@kyzentrading.my. Requests about data held by Meta, Telegram, WhatsApp or the exchange need to go to them directly.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. If this policy changes, the new version is posted here and the date above is updated.
